Jingle Jangle, its holiday time and I recently attended Momtrends Holiday Soiree where I got some great ideas for DIY, Décor, Gifts, Entertaining and Holiday Fashion. Since I always leave their events wanting to share all the great ideas and brands I’m pulling it all together in this recap.
The holiday are something that should be documented, it could be the whole family or maybe the newest member, and Pearhead has so many great ways to make the memories last. I love the My First sign, or the glitter handprint kit, Countdown to Christmas sign and of course these fun photo booth props. So many fun things to help make the holidays memorable.
When it comes to memorable holidays I personally think of sitting around the table with family. Nambe has some amazing serving pieces that will stand the test of time and that you will pass down for generations. Add a beautiful and fresh centerpiece from Teleflora, and make sure you have some La Croix to stay hydrated in a flavorful way or the new Arizona Good Brew Tea with the perfect blend of sweet and tasty. Finish it off with the SmashMallows (the best Marshmallows I’ve ever tasted) and you’re sure to be the hostess with the mostess!
When it comes to beauty and fashion I was reminded that Avon is a great resource, and you’re supporting a local business woman by shopping thought this forward thinking company. Also, they have a new fragrance out called Prima that smells amazing. I’ve got my fingers crossed for one to be in my stocking this holiday!
I was also introduced to Armigami. It’s a scarf/poncho/wrap/top/skirt/sarong/anything you can imagine. This can change in 18 ways and they have 2 different styles. They have a version with lots of patterns and designs and also a sparkly one that’s a little heavier. I was captivated by how useful this can be, and how easily you can fit it in a bag and offer up a stylish way to stay warm. If you travel or find yourself cold a lot this needs to go on your wishlist!
Speaking of wishlists I was excited to see that Nambe has also branched out into jewelry. I fell in love with so many things, and know that these pieces are both innovative and will stand the test of time. The rings and bracelets were my favorite, and I also discovered The Bangle Stacker which makes keeping your jewelry organized. It’s a simple tray with cones that you can put rings, bracelets and even necklaces on. They have a few different options, but the black velvet one seems like the classic that anyone who wears jewelry would enjoy.
Let’s not forget the kids. ivivva was there with their newest collection; their Moon Gem was so cool and will have the girls doing flips and enjoying being stylish and active. I also loved seeing the mittens and hats. All the clothes were so soft and such great quality.
Of course I couldn’t pass up chatting with Mabel’s Labels. We love their labels, and they have some special holiday ones. No one wants Santa’s handwriting to match Mommy, so this is a great way to make sure everything is labeled without giving away any secrets. They were also joined by Avery labels, and I was so inspired to head home and start making some fun DIY’s for the holiday just to create and label them. They make it simple and easy to use and even have some free options on their site.
It’s really quite the mix this year and I’m so glad I was able to attend and share with you. The holidays are a time to celebrate and give to others and I was very happy that this year MomTrends did a Diaper Drive. Giving something so crucial to those in need makes me happy and I’m glad I was able to have the opportunity to participate.
Now tell me what will you be adding to your wish list, to-do list, or to buy list?
