Ah, it’s a New Year and I’m not a person who likes to set resolutions, but I do like to try to set some goals both personally and professionally.

Goals 2016The new year often is a time for people to start fresh, a clean slate and think about what they want to focus on and this year I’m writing my list down. This way I’m saying out loud what I aim to do in 2016.

  1. Take 5 minutes to stretch everyday.
  2. Drink more water
  3. Sew 12 new things in 2016
  4. De-clutter the house (especially my areas)
  5. Spend more time with Mike and reconnect as a couple.
  6. Make a point to do special things with each child one on one.
  7. Build more: Relationships & Projects
  8. Send one card or letter a month to friends and family
  9. Continue having fun while working
  10. Travel more!

These goals aren’t resolutions, but more points for me to focus on and work toward. I’ve got a lot planned for 2016 and so far I’m off to a great start.
