Decorating for the holidays doesn’t have to cost a lot. It’s all about making things that are fun and affordable and this DIY Easter egg wreath does just that.
When it comes to the spring season and Easter I’ve got my Easter Carrot Flatware, and some fun ideas for Easter basket fillers. So having a DIY wreath fits right in. A lot of people think they aren’t creative, but this is the perfect little craft to let your creative side shine. You can be done before your little ones wake from their nap, or do together. I actually had my toddler help me pick the eggs so it was a fun craft for both of us to do together.
How to make an Easter Egg Wreath
Supplies Needed:
Wreath frame (this one is 13 inches and I got it at Dollar tree)
Easter grass
Plastic eggs (I used 56 for this wreath)
Hot Glue gun

Easy Easter Egg Wreath
Step 1: Hot glue Easter grass around the front of the wreath (you can either keep it light or make it heavy, whatever you like)
Step 2: Start gluing the eggs on the wreath. This is all part of the fun and piecing together a color combo you like and what works for your esthetic.
Step 3: Optional: Add a ribbon to hang it, or a bow on the front
Step 4: Place it on your door, mantle or wall.
What’s great is you can really make this wreath whatever you want. All 1 color, maybe an ombre design or come up with a stripe pattern or whatever matches your look. I love that I can put this on my mantle, door, or wall and I’ll probably add a bow or a little sign to switch it up year after year. It’s bright and colorful, cost me around $5 and I got to do it with my girl. A perfect Easter decoration that’s affordable and fun.
