Happy Birthday Camden!

 

Today you are 1 and you are a joy to have in our family.  From the moment I held you I knew you were my boy.  You are such a happy baby and you make the small things seem so big.

 

Here are some things about you that we love:

• • You love to give cuddles and hugs

• • Your favorite thing is a mouse that you walk all over the apt. with, you will push it around all day long and you’re so speedy

• • You are on the verge of walking.

• • You can stand up by yourself, but really think and concentrate on that, it’s so funny to watch

• • You have 6 teeth and each tooth makes your smile better

• • You can wear anything from 9months to 12 month

• • You are not a big fan of hats, but I keep trying

• • Your hair is pretty blonde, and you have the cutest curls in the back

• • You first word was uh-oh, but you’ve mastered a few more like, dog and dada.  We get mama a few times here and there and that makes my day.

• • You are almost 20 pounds and love to eat, most of the time

• • You love blueberries, spaghetti, eggs, your oatmeal and packets

• • You also love to throw food off your tray, which isn’t something we love

• • You are a pretty good sleeper now 8pm-6:30am and love to sleep with your bottom in the air

• • You can wave and say hi and you usually have a huge smile on your face

• • You love when one of us lays on the floor (especially Dadda) and crawl all over us.

• • You and your sister are amazing together.  She is your favorite person and you play together like best friends (as long as she’s telling your what to do!)

This first year has been fun, challenging and one of the best ones ever for us, and that’s because of you.  You are my Camden Boy and Eleanor’s Buddy Boy, but mostly your are the best son and brother.  Happy Birthday Camden Reed, we love you!
