For the past 3 years we’ve been able to fly out to Minnesota in December and do Christmas in some form. One of the traditions we’ve started is a big cookie bake. The 1st year we spent about 8 hours baking, then last year we did 6, this year was the best yet with Jessica and Jean prepping so much we managed to get it done in 4! Which when you’re chasing 2 little ones can seem like forever.

9 different cookies, 8 cookie sheets, 7 little bakers, 6 types of candy, 5 crazy socks, 4 holiday shirts, 3 generations, 2 little elves and 1 kitchen aid red mixer!!!
While none of us really eat the cookies we have fun making them and spending time together and that’s what’s really important!!
