Since Eleanor has been in school she’s surprised us many times with the amount of new things she’s learning and songs she’s singing.

The other day she started to say/sing the days of the week and there’s another song about weather.  Since she’s only 2 1/2 we don’t always get all the words, but there was 1 song we thought we knew, but learned very quickly there was more to it.

The Wheels on the Bus, yes that classics song has much more than you thought.  There’s the obvious wheels going round and round, wipers- Swish, swish, swish, the driver, the babies, the mama, the people, but did you know the Daddy is also on the bus saying “Better Behave” and my favorite would be the children on the bus say “Party Time”.  Keep in mind the arms are thrown up in the air and there is dancing involved.

So the next time you sing this classic don’t forget to add Daddy and Party Time to the mix!
