It’s Halloween and if you’re family is anything like mine we’re planning our costumes, school parties, playdates. pumpkin and apple picking and getting our house ready for the winter. What’s my point? Well time is of the essence and not everyone can pull together pinterest perfect cupcakes, but I’ve got some that will make the kids giggle and are super simple. A cute name, Bubble, Bubble, Toil and Trouble cupcakes with Pop Rocks!
Halloween cupcakes
Supplies:
- Cake Mix and ingredients
- PopRocks
- Frosting & Food coloring (I did green like a potion)
These are so simple. Make the cupcakes according to the box. Then take them out of the oven and let them cool, this is key! Once they have cooled down take a knife and add some green frosting lightly. No need to go crazy piping it on just something simple and plain. As for the pop rocks you’ll want to add this either right before the event/party so they will give the freshest pop.
