I decided to make a lot of our gifts this year and this one is so easy and useful I felt I should share it before the holiday. This Rosemary Infused Sea Salt is quick, easy and the perfect tasty gift.

Infused Rosemary Sea Salt
It sounds fancy I know, but it’s very easy and affordable to make for a gift or yourself.
How to make Rosemary Infused Sea Salt
Step 1: Pour into a pan the amount of sea salt you want to make (I used about 4 cups total here)
Step 2: Add a few springs of fresh Rosemary to the pan (I would say 4-5)
Step 3: Turn the burner on low heat and let it cook for about 10 minutes (stirring ocassionally)
Step 4: Put into a Tupperware or bowl that you can cover and will be airtight
Step 5: Let it cool in the tupperware for about 5-10 minutes
Step 6: Cover and let it sit either overnight or for 24 hours. This way it really gets the flavor
Step 7: Take the dried rosemary and crumble it into the salt, removing the stems
Step 8: Pour into jars
Step 9: Optional: Decorate the jars
Step 10: Deliver to friends, family, teachers, co-workers, neighbors or anyone who loves to cook!
This sea salt will work for so many different things that I’m hopeful it will be an annual gift. I know we tried it out on a chicken and pork loin and it was fabulous.
Do you cook with infused sea salt? Then take the short time and make some you won’t regret it!
