We spend a lot of time traveling in our car. Besides our daily adventures we are often traveling into the city or visiting family in Delaware which means lots of hours in the car.

Road Trip Prep
Having little ones we try hard to keep the car clean and fresh, but it’s no easy feat. We often find items we didn’t know about a few days or even weeks later, case in point this random sock.

While keeping our car clean is important it’s also nice when we’re able to get in and it smell refreshing. Our road trips are anywhere from an hour to 3 days (we drove from New Jersey to Minnesota last summer) so I can assure that your car will not smell good after a few hours being in the car with 4 people. Thankfully there’s Febreze Vent Clips.
This is a must for any one. It doesn’t matter if you spend 5 minutes or a few days in your car. For under $3 you can pick one up at WalMart and you’re good for 30 days. It just clips onto the air vent in the car and no matter which scent, I love the Linen & Sky Air, you’ll feel as if your car has been given a makeover in the best way.

I thought I would share some of the ways we prepare our car for a Road Trip:
- Check the tire pressure on your wheels
- Make sure you have updated insurance card, registration and driver’s license
- Store a $20 bill and $5 in quarters (Toll money)
- Frebreze Vent Clip
- Make sure you have a real Road Map/Atlas

A road trip is an experience and something that should be fun. So use this list to make sure you aren’t stranded in the middle of Ohio with no service, or scrounging through bags to find money for the toll. Or when you hit that point and feel like the trip will never end and take a deep breath; enjoy the smell because you added a Febreze Vent Clip!

What’s better is one lucky reader will win a $25 WalMart Gift Card so they can stock up on the Febreze Vent Clips! Open to residents of USA, 18 and older. One random person will be selected and sent the gift card.
