It’s been 5 years since I became a Mom. All because of this sweet girl, Eleanor. She’s the whole hand now or as she say’s a handful, and I’m very thankful to have her as my daughter.

As I see her becoming this brave, awesome, caring, independent girl I feel we are doing something right in the world.
This past year has been a blast. There were parties, play dates, movies, snuggles, dancing, cooking and tons of other fun, but you’re also learning to voice your opinion and can be quite sassy at time.
There’s no trouble with you making friends and putting yourself out there. You love to take on different roles in life and we love to see who you will be and what you become.

Some of your favorite things:

You love movies. How to Train your Dragon 1 & 2, all the Toy Story movies, Big Hero 6 and Peter Pan all hold special places. TV is Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Doc McStuffins, Paw Patrol and

Games are played often and your favorite is Fastrack. You’ve also become a graceful loser and are learning that it’s okay to let someone else have the win. Don’t get me wrong you still like to be the winner, but you’re doing a great job on sharing. You also really love the LeapTV. It’s been a such a great tool and you got a few new games for your birthday so you’ve been playing a lot.

Writing is really coming along and you love to sing songs. It’s great to hear what you’re learning in school and help you figure out what you’re forgetting.

When you grow up you want to be a Mommy Dragon Trainer. You enjoy coming into work with me, and the headset tempts you to want to work in an office, but you would rather be working with dragons.

There are times when you get jealous of your brother, but you are an awesome Big Sis. You play with him and help him and often we are all snuggled together on the couch. The bond you share will only grow strong.

You love us, and tell us all the time, and it makes me grateful to have such an amazing daughter. You have your moments where your attitude comes through, but it’s part of what makes you who you are.

The best thing about you is you aren’t afraid to be you and live your life. You don’t know what’s going on yet, but if you live with the spirit you have now I know that each year will only be better.

Happy 5th Sweet Girl.
Love Mama
