Big week for New York City next week, as it’s time for the New York Auto Show at the Javits Center, April 3rd-12th. A fun event for everyone. Yes that’s right I said everyone. Men, Women, and kids!
If you have a driver’s license than I suggest you book a ticket to attend. It’s great to see what’s changing about cars and what the future will hold for our environment, style and life.
I’ll be attending the show for a press event and look forward to stopping by the Hyundai booth for 3 reasons.
1. It was the first car I bought myself, and I loved my Hyundai. Affordable, stylish and reliable!
2. Hyundai is working with Good Housekeeping on a super fun contest, 35 designers handbags to be exact! Just stop by their booth, here’s a map, and snap a photo in the drivers seat of a vehicle with the Women in the Drivers Seat plaque. 3. It my job as a driver to find the best car for me and my family so looking at the different options is important and I like that there’s isn’t the pressure to buy on the spot.
Cars are always changing, and if you spend any time in the driver’s seat it’s important to know what’s out there. Being a woman I like knowing that I have the power of choice and that my opinion matters. Getting the opportunity to talk with the brand and letting them know my thoughts as well will help me both now and in the future, it also wouldn’t be so bad if I won a designer purse either!
