It’s official, as of Sunday I was 36 weeks, which means I’m considered full term and this baby can come whenever he/she pleases.  Even though my due date is Feb 26th, I’m holding out that if he/she decides to make an early appearance they can wait till as least after the 17th.  We have a big family day planned for the 3 of us and I don’t want to miss that.

Since we haven’t been great about documenting this pregnancy I wanted to have some pictures taken so I don’t look back and say I wish I had done a photo shoot.  With Eleanor we had a friend and her father do the shoot, and had such fun and I love the photos, but this time I decided I wanted something different, I just wanted the memory.  With pinterest giving tons of ideas I decided to do the silhouette shots and since we have nice large windows we gave it a go on Saturday.

I have to laugh I was literally laying on the couch asleep and then Mike started to yell at me, get up the sun is coming through the windows it’s now or never.  I’m so pleased with what we got and it was a nice bonding time for all of us.  I know I’ll look back and be thankful I have something different for this child and was able to get some shots with Eleanor and that Mike took the photos.

Now the next step on my list to prepare for baby is finding a baby book I like and packing a hospital bag.
