Oh Mother’s Day. One of my favorite days of the year.
My morning starts with sleeping in, chocolate heart shaped donuts, some blush champagne and the two cutest smiling faces saying Happy Mother’s Day with a homemade card.
It’s a day of time together. We skip the lines at restaurants and hang out around the house. This year my gift was a hydrangea bush and garden. Which is perfect since it’s my 1st mother’s day with the house!
We plant flowers together, play outside and I even get to sneak away to walk to aisles of Target all by myself. We all secretly love to do it!
It’s dinnertime that sets my Mother’s day apart from others. I want my favorite thing, and that’s Maryland Blue Crabs! So Mike ordered me a dozen from Blue Crab Trading and I enjoyed every bit of it.
I feel so lucky to have such an amazing family that appreciates and loves me. Thanks for giving me an awesome Mother’s Day.
