The season of good food, friends and fun is always upon us, but as the weather cools we have more opportunities to gather and enjoy a meal together. One thing I love to have on my table is a pear and goat cheese salad with a crunch, using Sahale Snacks as my secret ingredient.

I think it’s important to have a salad on the table. It brightens up the table, is simple to pull together, and always gets compliments. A lot of the flavor comes from Sahale Snacks. I can use these snacks as a topping on salads, to snack on out of the bag or put out a bowl for friends to munch on while chatting; they are changing snacking for the good and have lots of flavors to keep me and my guests wanting more. Plus they are Gluten-Free Certified, Non-GMO Project Verified and Kosher so I can feel good sprinkling these on a lot of meals.

Step 1: Wash and cut up the butter lettuce
Step 2: Slice the Pears
Step 3: Place the lettuce in a bowl and drizzle a little dressing on it
Step 4: Add the sliced pears
Step 5: Sprinkle on some goat cheese
Step 6: Top off with Sahale Snacks Honey Almond Glazed Mix
