Something I always look forward to when a friend has a baby, is getting the birth announcement in the mail.  I am a big believer in snail mail.  Not only is it nice to have something to look forward to checking, but when you get a good piece of mail I always feel like my day got a little better and brighter.

This means I took picking a birth announcement for Camden very seriously, I searched all different sites, but kept finding myself coming back to Tiny Prints because I just loved all the different options they had available.

It’s super easy to make the announcement, the toughest thing is picking the photos.  I also loved that I could create multiple different announcements with my photos and info and look at them, save them, and then come back a day later to get a new perspective on if I really liked that layout or not.

Something else Tiny Prints does that I haven’t heard of another site doing is they have some one look at the announcement and then send you an email letting you know it’s gone to print.  I also like to think of this as an extra insurance on making sure a word isn’t misspelled. There’s also the option on having them address your envelopes or if you want to get a head start you can have the envelopes sent out to you prior to getting the cards so you can address them yourself.  Talk about an all in one service.

I decided to go with an announcement that had both a front and a back.  I loved that I could make one side all of his info and the other side I did as a note from Eleanor.  Here’s the final product!

Tiny Prints Birth Announcement

Birth Announcement Tiny Prints
When i got the announcement I was beyond pleased with the quality of it.  I was pretty much in tears, because I love it so much.  A birth announcement is a special thing, it’s not like a Christmas card, or birthday announcement where you get it every year, it’s introducing your child to your friends and family and it should be something special.  I’m so happy that I used Tiny Prints and I highly recommend them to everyone.
