It’s birthday season in our house and we’re starting off with Camden’s 4th birthday. This year he wanted to celebrate with a Paw Patrol themed birthday and we happily got to work putting together all the fun details.

Paw Patrol Party Ideas
If you’re unfamiliar with Paw Patrol it’s a hit show on Nickelodeon and revolves around some special pups who always save the day in Adventure Bay. For the invites I went to Evite and found a great puppy theme one.
Paw Patrol Decorations
As you walked up to the house I use a paw print stencil and some sidewalk chalk to make sure our guests knew they were at the right place. When you walked into the house Mike made a sign that said Welcome to Adventure Bay.

The party decor was pretty simple we just used all of our Paw Patrol toys.
I love that Mike hung the Air Patroller as part of the decor and since the cake was the Paw Patroller we had all the key vehicles taken care of.

Paw Patrol Party Food Idea
For food I’ve learned to keep it simple, but themed. We love to serve Chick-fil-a nuggets at our parties and I love that we put them in dog bowls so all the party pups would enjoy them. I had a lot of parents that were pleased we served something other than pizza and were delighted their kids actually ate them as well.

Mike worked his fruit and veggie skills making them into a paw print and dog bone shape and we took some pretzel rods and told everyone they were fetch sticks.

When it came to activities I printed off some some free printables from Nick Jr so we had coloring pages and dot to dots. I also got some pony beads and we made some badges for the kids to make their own dog collars/necklaces. Our big activity was dancing the Pup, Pup Boogie. Sadly we got no pictures of it, but it was adorable to watch them all tail spin together.

The cake was my favorite. Camden asked for a Paw Patroller and we delivered! I also make a point to get the Paw Patrol serving cups because serving cake and ice to pre-schoolers is much easier this way.

Paw Patrol Party Favors
For favors I try hard to get something both the parents and kids will love. This year I got Paw Patrol books for each family and I had a badge and small dog for each child. I’m happy to say it was a big hit.
Overall it was a great party and Camden felt special and his friends had a great time. A lot of work goes into a home birthday party, but it’s something I enjoy doing and now I can’t wait to plan the next party!

Thank you. The work is worth it when you see how much fun they have and that’s it’s just for them. Thanks for stopping over.
Destiny, or super Mom, how cool!?! My 3 year old daughter loves loves Paw Patrol. She walks around on her hands and acts like a dog often. And I have gotten more than my money’s worth for her Everest costume, it’s nearly in shreds. Hopefully she’ll still be into it by November. (you know how that can be). She would totally love this. Great job! Pinning!
Thanks so much! We love fellow Paw Patrol fans and it really is the best when they get so much joy out of the costumes and toys! If you do have a party please share it with me!
How did you do the backdrop?
I used plastic tablecloths from the Dollar Tree and hung them with a tension rod. I hope this helps.
Oh how fun! Love the dog bowl with the treats in it. So cute.
Thanks, it cracks me up looking at the pictures!
Love all your ideas!
Where ever did you find the mini Paw Patrol characters for favors?
I found them in the toys at Target. I hope you have luck!
I love this idea for paw patrol. My son is into this right now and I’m planning a party for his 2nd birthday. I’ll be using some ideas from here
Thank you and happy birthday to him!
Those were a Dollar Tree find!
