It’s time to start getting school supplies, lunch boxes, shoes, and of course new school clothes together for the new school year. For us it’s important to start off with fresh items and that means picking out new items from Hanes.
Getting ready to head back to school makes me realize a few things.
1. My kids are growing like a weeds.
2. It’s exciting to think about all the things they will be learning and new friends they will make
3. It’s time to budget for new clothes, shoes, and supplies
4. I’ve got to clean out the drawers and bring in the new clothes, socks and undies
5. Take time to enjoy that they want my opinion in picking out new things
Every year by the end of summer I begin the task of figuring out what fits and what doesn’t. This also usually means an afternoon of pulling out all the pants and shirts to see what’s too short and tight, and what needs to be replaced. I also take a good look at the socks and undies. All the socks without a match go and the ones that got a little more outside play without shoes also end up gone. This is also a time to check out the undies drawer. My son had some 4T he’s been squeezing into and needed to move along to the bin. This also means replacing these items. So new undies and socks from Hanes.com. I also love how Hanes has started to use the Fresh IQ in products for kids too.

It’s amazing how stinky a kids pair of feet and shoes can become so I’m excited to put this to the test. I also love the X-Temp. I’ve been wearing Hanes X-Temp items since 2015 and it was life changing for me so knowing that it’s also going to keep the kids cool for the day is reassuring.
Of course Hanes is more than just socks and undies. They’ve got some great shirts, sweats, tights, and even some workout wear, think gym class or PE day. I know I’m focusing on the kids, but I just purchased some performance leggings for myself and am loving them.
