There’s nothing better then making a family recipe and I decided that I would share one of my favorites. Grandma K’s Easy Chocolate No-Bake Cookies.

Chocolate No Bake Cookies
It’s something that I can quickly make and I always have the ingredients in my pantry. I also enjoy making these Granola Ball Bites. Also check out these Scotcheroos, which are no bake oh so tasty.

Chocolate No Bake Cookie Ingredients
Step 1: Pour quick cook oats in a mixing bowl

Step 2: In a pot combine butter, sugar, cocoa and milk in a sauce pan on med-low heat for 2 minutes

Step 3: Add in peanut butter and vanilla

Step 4: Pour the chocolate sauce over the quick cook oats and sir

Step 5: Once mixed together take a spoon and drop them onto wax paper

Step 6: Let cool in either the fridge or on the counter
Step 7: Enjoy

I personally like to make small drops so I can keep portion control in affect, that doesn’t stop me from eating 2, but it’s also better for a special treat for the kids. I keep mine in the fridge so they stay fresh longer, but we usually eat through them pretty quickly.
These cookies are quick and easy and remind me of family, so to me they will always be the best!!
