It’s that time of year where I get to be a part of The Chirping Moms 12 Days of Toys Giveaway and this year I’m the 6th day and my theme is Family Fun Games!

The games aren’t just for little ones, and will get everyone around the table ready to play. I’m also excited to say that there will be 2 winners (3 games each). Winner 1 will get Word Slam, Exit The Game and Happy Salmon Blue. Winner 2 will get Hearing Things, Coinhole and Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego.
Word Slam
This fast paced word based guessing game will have everyone ready to play. In Word Slam, two teams each have a storyteller. The two storytellers are given the same answer term. Playing at the same time, they must give clues to their teams so the teams can correctly guess the answer. And they must do this quickly, because they are racing the timer and each other. But it’s not that easy. Speaking and acting is absolutely forbidden for the storytellers! They must tell their stories using only 105 cards, each with one word on it- a noun, verb, adjective, or preposition. It’s like charades, but instead of acting, you can only communicate with word cards!
Exit The Game
The hit Escape-Room concept for home use. Party game for up to 6 players. 12+, 45-90 minutes. You must solve a series of riddles and puzzles to escape from a room. Each correct solution brings you to another riddle. How fast can you escape the room? This game can be played only once, because you markup, fold, and tear the game materials..
Happy Salmon Blue
This game is fast, fun, and will have you up and laughing. If you can a high 5, pound it (fist bump), switch places with someone and do a happy salmon handshake than you’re good to go. The blue version allows for 6 players and the colors are even easier to separate. Add in the green version and you can play up to 12 people.
Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego The Game
Children of the 90s will remember this show and computer game and be ready to learn the geography and cultures of other countries. Get ready to jet set across the globe. Your assignment is to apprehend Carmen Sandiego, track the location of her hideout, and determine which loot she stole
Coinhole
Looking for a indoor smaller version of cornhole? It’s the tabletop coin-bouncing party game! Players bounce the included Coinhole coins onto a table as they attempt to sink them through the Coinhole board hole. Multiple game plays allow players to compete individually or in teams. With the Coinhole game, turn a tabletop into an instant party!
Hearing Things
The Hearing Things Game, Hasbro’s twist on the online viral “Whisper Challenge” sensation, the Hearing Things Game has players guessing what they think their teammate is saying by reading their lips. One player puts on the speech-cancelling electronic headphones and the other player says the random phrase shown on the card. The player wearing the headphones can’t hear what their teammate is saying and has to figure it out to earn the card.
